Refund policy

Certain products offered on this website are manufactured by third parties and are subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms, conditions, warranties, and limitations of liability. By purchasing such products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the manufacturer's terms shall govern all matters relating to the product, including warranties, specifications, performance, defects, and liability. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the manufacturer's terms, the manufacturer's terms shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

Evolution Air Systems is committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Please read our returns and warranty policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Product is in original, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Product has not been installed, powered on (beyond initial inspection), or modified
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided

All return requests must be pre-approved by our team. Please do not ship items back without authorization.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-configured or made-to-order equipment
  • Products that have been installed or used in any application
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase
  • Consumable items (filters, oils, belts, gaskets) that have been opened
  • Products with missing, damaged, or altered serial numbers
  • Items purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at gabriel@advancedcompressors.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3–5 business days
  • Ship the product to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior of the package
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 40% of the original product price applies to all approved returns. For returns due to our error (wrong product shipped, manufacturing defect), no restocking fee applies.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defect covered under warranty. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

5. Warranty Coverage

5.1 Standard Manufacturer Warranty

Any warranty provided in connection with such products is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the manufacturer's warranty terms, the manufacturer's warranty terms shall prevail with respect to the applicable product and warranty coverage.

All Evolution Air Systems products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty terms by product category:

  • otary Screw Compressors: 1 year parts only
  • Variable Speed Drive Compressors: 1 year parts only
  • Air Dryers: 1 year parts only 
  • Air Receivers / Tanks: 1 year 
  • Accessories, Parts & Filters: No Refund

Some products may carry extended warranty options. Please refer to the product listing or contact us for specific warranty documentation.

5.2 What Is Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation
  • Mechanical failure of covered components due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
  • Parts for authorized warranty repairs

5.3 What Is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from improper installation not performed by a qualified technician
  • Normal wear and tear (seals, belts, filters, oil, separator elements)
  • Damage caused by operating outside specified parameters (overpressure, incorrect voltage, etc.)
  • Damage caused by contaminated air intake, water ingestion, or harsh environmental conditions
  • Consequential or incidental damages (lost production, business interruption)
  • Products with altered or removed serial numbers
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or use of non-approved parts

6. Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact our technical support team at warranty@evolutionairsystems.ca with your order number, serial number, and a description of the issue
  • Include photos or video of the defect where possible
  • Our team will assess your claim within 5 business days and determine the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund)
  • For approved warranty claims, we will arrange for service or provide return shipping instructions
